We want you to be fully satisfied with your P448 sneakers, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the soles show no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your sneakers in the original P448 box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
